Dirk Lange, CEO

Dirk Lange is an accomplished life science executive with more than 25 years of global leadership experience in the pharmaceutical CDMO industry, bringing deep expertise in aseptic drug product development and fill-finish manufacturing. As CEO of Pyramid Pharma Services, he is guiding the company through a new era of growth and modernization, strengthening its position as a trusted partner for sterile manufacturing and complex drug delivery solutions.

Before joining Pyramid, Dirk led MilliporeSigma’s Life Science Services division, a global CDMO organization generating over $1 billion in annual revenue and previously served as CEO of both KBI Biopharma and Selexis. Earlier in his career, he held senior operational roles at Novartis, Sandoz, and Rentschler Biopharma. Known for his strategic vision, operational excellence, and customer-centric leadership, Dirk continues to advance Pyramid’s legacy of quality, reliability, and innovation in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Doris Michor, COO

Doris Michor brings more than 25 years of global experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality, engineering and operations, including over eight years leading large and small-scale CDMO operations. As Chief Operating Officer of Pyramid Pharma Services, she oversees all aspects of operations, engineering, supply chain, digitalization and program management, ensuring the company delivers the highest standards of quality and execution.

Before joining Pyramid, Doris served as Senior Vice President and Head of Life Science Services, Global Operations at MilliporeSigma, where she oversaw operations, process development, technology innovation, and digital transformation across multiple modalities. She previously was COO at KBI Biopharma and held senior leadership roles at Sandoz and Novartis, directing teams focused on quality, operational excellence, and global supply chain optimization. Known for her precision, collaboration, and results-driven leadership, Doris is instrumental in advancing Pyramid’s capabilities, operational excellence and long-term growth.

Jan Miller, CFO

With over 25 years of financial leadership across the pharmaceutical and CDMO industries, Jan Miller has built a reputation for driving growth, operational efficiency, and financial excellence on a global scale. As Chief Financial Officer of Pyramid Pharma Services, he leads all aspects of finance, accounting, and strategic planning, ensuring the company’s continued expansion and long-term stability.

Prior to joining Pyramid, Jan served as CFO at CAPTEK Softgel International and PolyPeptide Group, where he directed global finance operations and strengthened business performance across multiple manufacturing sites. His career also includes senior finance roles at CMC Biologics and Honeywell, where he managed international integrations, ERP implementations, and cross-functional teams. Recognized for his analytical insight and collaborative leadership, Jan is key to advancing Pyramid’s financial strategy and sustainable growth.

Brooke Marshall, VP of Business Development

Brooke Marshall has over 12 years of commercial and business development experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. As Vice President of Business Development at Pyramid Pharma Services, she leads the company’s commercial strategy, driving growth through strategic partnerships and expanding Pyramid’s presence across the global drug product CDMO market.

Before joining Pyramid, Brooke served as Senior Director of Sales and Business Development at Emergent BioSolutions (NYSE: EBS), where she managed key client relationships across vaccine and biologics manufacturing. Her earlier experience includes leadership roles at LakePharma and Blue Sky BioServices, where she helped advance antibody, protein, and cell line development programs for biopharma innovators. Known for her strong industry relationships, pricing and contracting expertise, and client-focused approach, Brooke plays a pivotal role in positioning Pyramid as a trusted partner for leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies.

Fred Salas, Vice President, Quality & Compliance

Frederick Salas is a seasoned quality and compliance executive with more than 25 years of experience leading quality operations across the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. As Vice President of Quality & Compliance at Pyramid Pharma Services, he drives the company’s quality strategy and oversees regulatory compliance, inspection readiness, and operational excellence across aseptic manufacturing, biologics, and cell therapy programs.

Before joining Pyramid, Fred held senior leadership roles at Atara Biotherapeutics, Instil Bio, Dendreon, Takeda, Shire and Baxter, where he built high-performing operations and quality organizations and advanced robust cGMP and quality systems across global manufacturing networks. Recognized for his collaborative leadership and commitment to continuous improvement, he plays a vital role in upholding Pyramid’s standards of reliability, compliance, and trust.

Greg Sebring, Vice President, Manufacturing Sciences & Technology

Greg Sebring is a bioprocess and operations leader with over 20 years of experience guiding biopharmaceutical development, manufacturing, and commercialization. As Vice President of Manufacturing Sciences & Technology at Pyramid Pharma Services, he leads the company’s technical and analytical teams responsible for process development, technology transfer, and production scale-up to ensure reliable, high-quality drug product delivery from clinical through commercial stages.

Before joining Pyramid, Greg held leadership roles at KBI Biopharma and Merck, and also contributed to early bioprocess development at Amgen. Throughout his career, he has directed large-scale biologics manufacturing operations and led initiatives that improved process efficiency, product quality, and operational excellence. His technical depth and collaborative leadership continue to advance Pyramid’s mission to deliver precision, reliability, and innovation in sterile fill-finish manufacturing.
